Dear Dr. Forman:
Breaking a front tooth on the July fourth weekend left me thinking that I would have to endure that situation until Monday (or beyond), but to my relief, you scheduled me in the next morning and took charge of restoring my tooth. Since I had family responsibilities that were not flexible and with such a short time horizon, I really appreciated you and your office working on such a tight schedule.
I found your office friendly and I appreciated all the time you took to explain my options and the procedures. The results are absolutely wonderful and you were able to match my tooth color so that it is indistinguishable from my other teeth.
When I return to Mukilteo, I look forward to you being our family dentist.

"I was always a little embarrassed about my smile and forever wanting a nicer one. I started first by having braces to straighten my teeth. Dr. Forman worked closely with my orthodontist coordinating the cleanings etc.. After my braces were removed leaving straight teeth, Dr. Forman performed a composite bonding procedure which built up my smaller teeth, which closed up remaining spaces. You can't even tell that my teeth are not all mine! Thanks to the wonderful advice and work by Dr. Forman and his staff. I've hardly stopped smiling since I got my new smile.
